Excuse me please!! :D

Hmm.. Posting this on behalf of my friend. :D So one of my best friends run an IT services start-up along with his friends based in namma Bengaluru. Yesterday he receives a call from some random girl. He picks up the call.

He - Hello
She - Hello Sir. er.. hello sir.
He - Yes hello. Go ahead please.
She - Sir u have any job opening in your company?
He - Your name please?
She - Sir i'm girl abc from Mysore
He - What's your qualification? What kind of job you are looking for?
She - Sir i know web designing. So i'm looking for designing job..
He - Okay.. how did you get my number?
She - Sir one of my friend gave me.

He remembers a girl who failed the interview couple of months ago. He presumes this is her friend.  As he was looking for a UI designer, he asks her to forward her resume.

He - Okay then please forward me your updated resume.
She - Okay sir your e-mail ID please.
He - Yes note down. Its abc@xyz.com

He spells it. Repeats twice.

She - Okay sir thank you.

About 5 minutes later, she calls again.

She - Sir.. er.. i dint get your email..
He - Wait. What? Okay i'll text you my email.

And.. the convo starts in the e-mail -

So what she does is she downloads a ready template, alters it a bit, renames it and sends it claiming its done by herself! :D Just like her friend who attended the interview couple of months ago.

And now over the text messages -

He is a busy dude and his patience must be appreciated! :D He sent me the screenshots and was speechless. :D I'm posting this hoping our freshers can learn something from this. What NOT to do. Most of our freshers have these kind of excuses. So lot of jobs in namma Bengaluru is snatched by outsiders?! I think here you have one of the reasons :D
